Grafton Pizza (Every Crust, Who Delivers)
Take-and-bake, Detroit-style pan pizza, and a classic Wisconsin cracker crust: who does what, what to order, and who delivers.
Published June 22, 2026
There is more range to Grafton pizza than you might expect for a small town, from thin-crust and take-and-bake to Detroit-style pan pizza and a classic Wisconsin cracker crust. Whether you want delivery on a weeknight, a pie to bake at home on your own schedule, or a sit-down slice with a beer, here is who does what, what to order, and how the styles differ.
Eaton's Fresh Pizza: take-and-bake
Eaton's is Grafton's take-and-bake specialist, turning out thin-crust pizzas with generous toppings, a flavourful sauce, and a rotating pizza of the month that gives regulars a reason to check back. You grab the pizza cold and bake it at home, which means it comes out of your own oven hot and fresh whenever you are ready, an easy answer for a family dinner or a night in without the delivery wait. The cauliflower crust has its own following for anyone cutting carbs, and the staff have a reputation for being helpful. Longtime customers keep coming back for the abundant toppings and the consistent thin crust.
Even Odds Pizza: Detroit-style and delivery
Even Odds is the range player, doing thin crust, hand-tossed and Detroit-style pan pizza, with quick delivery that regulars mention again and again. The Detroit-style, baked in a rectangular pan with a crispy, caramelised cheese edge, is the one to try if you have not had it, and it travels well, so it holds up to delivery better than most. Between the three crusts, it is the spot to order from when the table cannot agree on one style, and the hot, fast delivery makes it a weeknight staple across town.
Redheads Tavern: Sheboygan cracker crust
For the most Wisconsin option, Redheads Tavern turns out a classic Sheboygan-style crispy cracker-crust pizza in a small, friendly bar with darts and billiards. Sheboygan cracker crust is exactly what it sounds like: rolled thin and baked crisp, so it snaps rather than folds, cut into squares in the tavern style. It is made to go with a beer, which is how the regulars order it, and it makes Redheads as much a pizza stop as a bar. If you have only had chain pizza, this is the local style worth seeking out.
Sit-down slices
If you want pizza as part of a bigger meal out, a couple of Grafton's restaurants keep it on the menu. Water Street Brewery works pizza into its full brewpub menu, so you can pair a pie with a house-brewed beer on the river, and 13 North folds pizza into its broader kitchen for a more upscale take. Both are better thought of as restaurants that do pizza than as dedicated pizzerias, but they are solid options when the group wants variety on the table or a proper sit-down meal rather than a box at home.
Delivery, take-and-bake, or dine in?
For a night in on your own schedule, Eaton's take-and-bake gives you a fresh pie from your own oven, while Even Odds delivers hot to the door. For pizza out, Redheads pairs it with a proper tavern, and Water Street with its own beer on the river. If you are new to the local styles, order the Detroit-style from Even Odds and the cracker crust from Redheads on separate nights and you will have tasted the two things Wisconsin does that the chains do not.
Between them, Grafton has a pizza for almost any night, and it sits inside a broader spread of the town's full spread of restaurants downtown.
Pizza is rarely the whole plan, of course, so it pairs naturally with the rest of a day of a full day out in Grafton.
