Things to Do in Whitefish Bay

Pure Barre Whitefish Bay is a barre studio in Whitefish Bay offering low-impact, high-intensity group workouts. We feature four signature class formats: Pure Barre Classic, Pure Barre Align, Pure Barre Empower, and Pure Barre Define. Each class is designed to build strength, agility, and flexibility. Our Pure Barre Classic technique focuses on small movements to improve flexibility and tone the entire body in 50 minutes. Pure Barre Align combines classic barre with flexibility and balance training to increase joint mobility and build muscular strength. We also offer Pure Barre Empower, a fusion workout with high-intensity interval training that uses ankle weights and a plyometric platform.
