It was very clean and new hotel with good size of indoor pool, which is perfect for small kids to play. Gym area is also well equipped and clean. My family was fully satisfied with that hotel

I'm Marriott Bon Voy so I stay only in Marriotts. This one is new and very attractive, not necessarily practical (no light in eating/relaxing area, horrible configuration for toilet/counter/paper holder (my poor elbow!). But.... super location steps away from Downtown, Riverwalk, and Museum of Wisconsin Art.

We stayed here for a one-night getaway and absolutely loved everything about this hotel—from the location to the room to the breakfast. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from downtown West Bend. We enjoyed being able to walk to several fun bars and restaurants without needing to drive. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with great amenities. The fridge, stovetop, microwave, and dishwasher would make this an ideal place for a longer stay or a weekend trip with our kids. The bathroom was huge, and the shower was especially impressive. The only minor downside for us was the mattress, which was quite firm—we tend to prefer something a bit plusher. The continental breakfast was hands-down the best we’ve ever had at a hotel, with a wide variety of options and truly something for everyone. We would absolutely stay here again and hope to return in the future.
