During our recent stay, the staff was absolutely wonderful. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and great with my children. Check-in was smooth, and our room was clean and inviting. Breakfast was hot and offered plenty of options, which was perfect for my three picky boys. Everyone made us feel comfortable, always greeting us with a smile or asking how our day was going. We’re so grateful for their hospitality and would absolutely recommend staying here.

This place is my home away from home the staff is amazing there is no other hotel I rather stay in then here at the Hampton inn in west bend! The pool is 5 stars heated and so nice and same with the hot tub I love the room great view and also breakfast is great!

Love this place every time I come stay. Great pool and spa. Always clean. The staff is amazingly friendly! Love Patti at front desk she is a pleasure!

Nice room and comfortable bed. One of the Automatic blinds was broke which was annoying but the outer black out blind worked so I made due. Nice breakfast and they offered grab and go bags with a water bagel and fruit.
