Many would tell me, go small business, but i will say, Goodyear all the way. Those employed there need our business also. Now, why 5 stars? Cuz, when they ask, "what kind of noise?", and I respond, "ummm, ya know, I'm that girl, I can't describe it", they don't laugh, but they also don't scoff. Maybe they roll their eyes a little. But, I drop my car off, and 2 hours later, my car is driving over those bumpy roads, quiet as can be! I have been there several times. No over selling. No, "well, you are due for.....". If you ask, they tell you. They have fixed the error of another local shop. They have test drove to diagnose and when they couldn't find source, they charged time, nothing more. And, low and behold, it was whatever sensor they flipped, not a light since. These guys have been reliable and fair. I trust them with my vehicle. And I go there first. Always. Thank you for keeping me on the road!!

Goodyear employees are absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant to work with. They are very trustworthy and I will not take my vehicle anywhere else.

My daughter had her tires rotated and a wheel cover came off. Goodyear at first got her a new wheel cover but that did not match. They then told us to just to pick up a set of 4 new covers and they would reimburse us. Wow what outstanding customer service .A shout out to all the crew at the West Bend Goodyear. Job well done .
