Julie Semrau: An agent who goes above and beyond! We were selling our home of 41 years and downsizing. We had a double goal to not only sell our house but to also purchase a condominium. It was an emotional and anxious time. But Julie‘s professional, positive and calm attitude did a lot to decrease our anxiety. She patiently explained the process. She responded quickly to our questions, kept us updated and anticipating our needs and concerns. We never felt pressured. She made sure our sale was expertly coordinated with our purchase one day we were in our old home and the next we were in our new condominium. We sold our home in four days over our asking price. At times the process seemed complicated as we were dealing with an out-of-town buyer. Julie expertly dealt with the buyers agent, especially regarding items that were found at the time of our home inspection. She really walked us through this process and was present when contractors came to provide estimates. Emmer Realty was great to work with as well! They were great to negotiate with and agreed to add an additional room in the basement of the condo that we liked for my quilting! There were several other perks that they threw in as well. We really appreciated that. In the midst of selling/ buying our home, we contemplated on whether we should go on a vacation that we had previously planned. When we explained this to Julie, she said “why I’m here. I’ll take care of things.” During this time she streamlined and facilitated installation of our blinds and water softener. Julie also kept tabs on construction additions being completed at the new condominium. We never worried and had a great vacation! If you want an agent who goes the extra mile, Julie is the one for you! She was definitely a great choice for us. Thank you Julie and Emmer Realty.

Jim's team was very professional with significant effort applied to move from property listing to close. His access to professional and committed contractors allowed resolution of contingencies quickly without causing delays to our initial closing date schedule. Eight (8) days to receive an offer, 30 days to close. In this economy, the sale want faster then I had expected. Jim's team deserves the credit for that.

I worked with Emmer Real Estate Group, specifically with Julie and Madi, during the process of finding a home for my family. They both were very accommodating, always reachable when something came up, and very polite. My experience with the home buying process was made easy because of this company and the individuals that helped me along the way. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone.
