My first time visiting this Culvers was when I moved to West Bend in February, 2025. I was so excited to get custard and a burger. I waited in a full dining room for over 20 minutes for my food. While the burger was fine, the flavor of the day custard had way too many mix-ins to be good- to the point where I didn't even want to eat it. I visited this location about 4 times after, and continued to have the same problem - a high ratio of mix ins to custard. I stopped visiting this Culvers. I'm disappointed to see the owner/operator of this location will be opening up the new Main Street location. The employees hired at the existing Culvers aren't efficient and don't know how to include a good ratio or mix-in to custard. I won't trust the staff at the new location to do that either.

Came here with a group from out of town and we all left convinced that Culver’s is better than Chic-Fil-A! This location had great service, and I was pleased to learn that there is a size bigger than large for cheese curds and fries… the family size box.

Stopped through the drive through to get a concrete mixer. (Raspberry cheesecake the best combo). Line was long but they got cars through fairly quick. Custard was a bit melted when I finally got to pay but still good.

Make sure to check the custard menu for the daily fresh made custard. It is pretty delicious, a vanilla scoop with raspberry topping in my opinion. You can really never go wrong with their butter burgers. They also have a vegetarian burger as well!

Twice in a row I've unfortunately had a poor experience. A week ago, we placed a pick up order. When I went in I was given my bag only to realize it contained half of our items. I went back to get the rest of our order and didn't think much more about it. Tonight, however, I was very disappointed with my drive through experience. I placed my order, recognizing it was a very busy dinner rush. I paid at the window and took my place in a parking spot to wait for my order. After 25+ minutes of watching car after car come and go, I asked an employee if my order had been forgotten. He went in to check and came back with my bag of food and a melted dish of custard. I asked if it was fresh and he said it was. Sadly, the fries and burger were luke warm at best. Culver's has been my go to for fast food for years but somethings definitely amiss. Disappointed and thinking I won't be back.
