After stops at 2 other gas stations in West Bend, this is the only place/person who helped me. We lost power and needed water since we're on a well system. He filled up both of my buckets and even helped me put it in my car. This doesn't go unrecognized and I will be a frequent customer going forward.

Unexpectedly great service/ follow up from management. I had stopped here to use my fuel points, and fill up my truck with diesel. (.60 cents off per gallon) The pump i used was broken/ would not continue pumping regardless of how i held the trigger. I had only pumped 2 bucks worth of fuel due to the broken pump handle...but hanging up the pump results in a loss of fuel points. (They're good for one transaction). I had brought up the issue with the staff and he took my name and number. He also closed the pump. To my surprise the manager had the employee contact me stating they would issue me a refund for the lost points. (Refund was $13.55) I appreciate the follow up from the management team and the employee for following through.

Was supposed to get 1.00 off waxh gallon and it didnt work. 🙄The attendant was apologetic but such a bummer
