Gotta hand it to the employees, great customer service skills and had all intentions on helping me make sure I wasnt stranded with a bad battery. One of the employees even landed me her set of jumper cables in case my car battery died because of a bad alternator. Had the appointment the next day to get a new alternator, and I was almost completely stranded with no way out of their parking lot WHOOPS! Will absolutely be back for future service when needed!
P.s. - I know Im late on dropping off the jumper cables, bringing them in tomorrow!

The manager goes way above and beyond to provide superior customer service. He recently provided a replacement battery for ine that failed test and found another battery that had “failed” a competitors test as being very good. This is the best parts store in west bend.
