We were in West Allis for a week on vacation. We stopped on and found a great bar with amazing cocktails. Dylan is an amazing bartender and genuinely nice guy. We ended up going by 3 times on our trip. They have a great selection of spirits. Highly recommend this location and their main location downtown!

I’ve been a fan of Great Lakes Distillery for years, frequently visiting their Walker’s Point location, so I was thrilled when Still & Oak opened in West Allis! Since opening, I’ve been here multiple times, and it’s quickly become a favorite. Though it’s a smaller tasting room, the atmosphere is incredibly comfortable and inviting, with plenty of seating at the bar, tables, or even cozy couches. The bartenders are knowledgeable, welcoming, and make you feel right at home—they really know their stuff when it comes to Great Lakes’ lineup. I have to give a special shoutout to their gin—I never used to be a gin fan, but theirs is absolutely top-notch. Every cocktail I’ve tried here has been full of flavor and expertly crafted. Also, their Good Land Cranberry Liqueur is so so good that I always make sure to buy a bottle to keep on hand! Beyond the great drinks and service, I had an experience that truly left me impressed and grateful—I accidentally left my purse here one evening, and the owner personally dropped it off at my house. That level of kindness and customer care is rare and speaks volumes about the people behind this business. West Allis is lucky to have Still & Oak, and I can’t recommend it enough! Whether you’re a longtime Great Lakes fan or new to their spirits, this is a must-visit spot.
