We LOVE Two Tails! We have brought all of our dogs here, our foster doggie, and our own 2 family dogs. All the staff is wonderful there. They are great with our anxious dog and have been able to keep him well groomed, clean, and nails trimmed for us. Communication is great, and I am almost always able to get our dog in even when I drop the ball and forget to pre book his next appt.

Best groomer we have ever had. They do a great job of washing and cutting. Emily is very patient with my aging dog. She even takes Benji in and out of my car for me as I use a walker and cannot easily lift him any more. It is so nice that they care for the owners as well as their "fur babies".

We just got our puppy's nails trimmed here and neither of us cried! He's a big, squirmy 7-month-old and this was his first nail trim since we adopted him. I've had exceptionally bad experiences at other groomers in the past with our previous dog (may she rest in peace) so I was trying to trim the puppy's nail myself. Unfortunately, I couldn't get more than one nail cut before he squirmed away and ran from me. So I made an appointment with Two Tails. I was so anxious today, but Morgan was amazing with our puppy and with me. She put me at ease and remained calm and positive with our puppy. The visit was quick and easy - with zero drama. I'd give 1,000 stars if I could.

I have a Shiba inu, legendary for their neuroticism and feared for the scream they emit when they are not down with...well anything. We've been to other places to get his nails done and while some staff have the whisper gift for working with animals, others have not. We've been turned away (or told to have him on medication prior to attending). Granted I support to use of medication if it's helpful and necessary, but our dog has been cared for when the staff have that gift of dog whisper. So, all that is to say, it was wonderful to come to Two Tails and see that the staff were confident and compassionate in working with our Shiba. When the dog isn't really an animal to you, because they're essential family, you want them to be cared for well. So bring em to two tails, and let their whispers prevent the Shiba screams.
