We had 2 mini-split units installed in our tri-level home. Ben G., and his team of Keegan and Logan and the Electrician MJ, did an awesome job and they were very professional. Ben was very polite and he explained how to use the mini-splits and the remotes to operate them. He answered all our questions thoroughly. Nick is a great technician. I had requested service for all the mini split heads in my home but after inspection, Nick noted that really only one needed a full break down cleaning. On top of that, the one unit that needed cleaning decided to make him work for it by not disassembling easily. Nick was very professional working on this unit while having me 4 ft away working from home on the other side of the dining room table. My house is now beautifully prepped to keep semi polar conditions for summer.

Nicholas H. came to our home to repair our AC today. He was very polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He was able to replace a few parts instead of replacing the entire system. Our AC is now working well again. He took the time to answer all of my questions. Including a few quick questions about my furnace. That was so helpful. I am very satisfied with his work and his professionalism. I highly recommend the service of Thielmann Heating, Cooling and Plumbing and will call them again. Thank you Nicholas H!
