I have been using Horsch and Miller for almost 15 years now. Great people across the board. Technicians are super knowledgeable, always professional and on the level. Inside office personnel very knowledgeable as well and always try to get you help ASAP. I would absolutely recommend H&M to anyone I know. If it helps any, I have family members who are in plumbing and HVAC as well. I could easily call them but H&M has yet to fail me, they are convenient, always accommodating, and pricing has always been very good.

Horsch-Miller was recommended by a trusted neighbor who has used their services for years. I'm so glad that they now service our plumbing. They installed a complete water softener system in 2026. Everything was explained so well and all my questions were answered. The quality of the products are excellent. The technicians and office staff were wonderful to deal with. They showed that they are well studied and experts in their fields. The technician for that visit pointed out that the plumbing relating to the laundry room was not code. In 25 years, we have had other plumbing projects and no one pointed out these issues. Appointment was made and a subsequent repairs were done to replace the laundry room plumbing and service the well pressure tank. That particular service was also handled professionally, pleasantly and efficiently. Again, the technician was very thorough and explained all the steps. Thank you to Horsch-Miller, and technicians Derek and Dan for excellent service. we are 100% satisfied with them and the reasonable cost.

We had our pressure tank replaced. It hadn't failed yet but we knew it was over 20 years old and the pipes connecting to it had several pin holes. Dan arrived exactly as scheduled and got right to work. He was very professional and knowledgeable in his craft. We were very happy to have someone who knew exactly what they were doing and did it right the first time!
