Very professional. Used a big chain previously with disastrous results so never again with the big chains. Saukville Walmart has an awesome Optometrist, very professional and knowledgeable.. Staff is awesome as well.. Seems to me that perfection is their main objective... Very personalized and no rush service.. Walmart is now my permanent "Go To" for glasses... I highly recommend.. Especially if you usually use the big chains.. Tremendous difference...

On a whim after doing my grocery shopping I stopped into the Walmart eye center. I had a few questions and was thinking about scheduling a appointment. The staff was so super helpful. Todd helped me find out what my insurance would cover and with in a half hour Todd had helped me pick out glasses, ran my insurance, took a scan of my face. 👏 Walmart’s eye center has a state of the art app that scans your face so your glasses fit perfectly 👏 no more feeling like my brain is being squeezed out! Todd ordered my perfect glasses and they will be here in a week! Thank you Todd so much for the extra help.

Always willing to help, friendly, and great customer service. Hopefully someday they can get a doctor so we can do it all in the same location.

I went with broken glasses 6-4-2018 , 4 days left on my 1 year warranty. Walked out in less than 20 minutes with new frames . What great customer service.
