The staff is friendly and professional. Niko can be difficult to work with but they are so patient and gentle with him. The facility itself is very nice and has a certain calm atmosphere I love. In the 6 years my family has had Niko we’ve only taken him here and have no plans on switching anytime soon! I only have positive things to say about the clinic and staff. I would highly recommend bringing your pets here!

VCA Saukville Vet Clinic has been my favorite place to take my family's pets for their medical needs.Dr. Riviera and her staff and Vet customer service clerks have been kind and courteous in a professional manner with me and my pets Penny and G.S.D.Randi(R.I.P.2009-2023) for more than 10 years I have been a VCA's client.Thank You so much Dr. Riviera and VCA' Saukville Animal Hospital for all those years of excellent customer service and caring for Penny and Randi🐾🐾🐾🐾

They've always been very good with our dogs, especially when accommodating our more reactive and less friendly dogs. I had to put my dog down recently after she very suddenly got sick and it was obvious for me to bring her here for her final moments. It was as pleasant as such an experience can be, and I will happily trust the doctors and techs here with any future pets I have.
