Tyler and his side kick are the best duo there is. Batman and Robin I like to refer to them as they both complement each other. My doctor recommended me to give them a try as I was going to a different pharmacy and kept having issues. I have pretty major health issues so I am in there at-least once a week and most the time they have my prescription filled by the time I go from Grafton cedar creek to the port pharmacy, which is amazing as the word is out and they are always bumping. They both are always willing to answer any and all my questions and we even have some fun banter back and forth.

Tyler the pharmacist is AMAZING. As a family with a newly diagnosed child with type 1 diabetes and another diabetic family member in the household, medications were astronomical and we were overwhelmed with going from a healthy child to a child on half a dozen medications. We transferred over from another pharmacy for better customer service, everything was so new to us and complex. Little did we know that Tyler's incredible customer service would save us close to $1000 in medications. He is so friendly and does everything he can to help find ways to save money. I cannot express how truly impressed and touched I was with his dedication to help us. Top notch service! Highly recommend.

I used to get my medication at Walmart until I found out aurora pharmacy I'd way less expensive. Tyler is very friendly and knowledgeable.
