Had a great loading experience, checked in and out within 45 minutes! Dock is a little tricky backing inside building half way , dock 1 is very close to the building post , take your time dead end street so take all time you need .
Fast. Love this place. Got loaded in and out.
Fast once u get a door but for some reason today nobody wants to open the door to check in…waiting 20+ min now So apparently they got rid of their best worker, what use to be an easy 1 hr to get loaded now takes 3…management from this company sucks as they send u workers that just started with this company to load u and then management disappears

Broker gave me 4200 N. Holton St. but actual address for cooler (55*) is 4350 N Richards St. Antoine Harris was very courteous and professional. He loaded quickly and I had paperwork in hand and departed in 45 minutes total.
The shipping and receiving check-in is the middle door on Richards st. Go in inside & up the stairs. Don't try calling the phone number nobody answers.
