I've been to Bust N Stuff a few times. The chocolate place in there is amazing. The building is super neat in itself.

Let’s start with the lady who answers the phone is extremely rude. Promised the lady would call back about renting a space, never received a call back. When I called to express my concerns she proceeded to hang up in my face, very unprofessional!!!!! I’m honestly not surprised by the recent bad reviews.

STAY away these people will lease you a space then a couple months down the line will find ways to evict you! Mark it as a “Lost” and get back on their taxes Owner is unprofessional came into our space unlawfully , and ANDY is the WORST building manager. Didn’t help us at all. Great location but I do not recommend .

Please do not rent from these people if you are a person of color. Occupied a studio space here for a year. Management was very rude throughout stay. Aside from that I was able to run my business smoothly until they moved a staffing agency above our studio space and asks us to keep our music off before 6pm because of it! Management (Andy) came to our space very aggressively maybe 2 days after asking us to keep our music down during the day and called police on us. Great location, worst renting experience of my life!
