I was seeking a storage place to store my items. I located this establishment, very professional and kind, rates are good too. Ran into a misunderstanding, but overall good establishment. I will need storage in the next couple of months. I will be back. Thank you Guys!

I had to dispute charges from this company with my bank. The woman at the desk was helpful and nice, however, she decided last second when showing me the unit that the lock was sharp and dangerous so she changed it to the one next to it. We then had to go all the way back to the office and redo paperwork, then back to the unit for the key. The most fun part was that she never gave me a new entry pin/key when changing it over. When my husband and I showed up the next day in our U-HAUL full of furniture that took hours to pack and had limited time, the entry pin did not work. I opened up the documents and my pin was written on the paperwork. However, it was wrong no matter how many times I tried. We tried to call the office, no answer. We had to then book a new storage unit last second that was double the price but actually reliable. When I called the front office to figure out what happened and to get a refund, I was told by another women that she would ensure the manager knew and would get us a refund since we could not access or even use our space. The most exciting part was that we never received this call, even after emailing and calling back. So, I disputed the charges with my bank, and my bank returned the money and reported the company as fraud. I had full proof of communication in email and weeks of no responses about a refund or how to fix the issue that happened. Again, the people I talked to were polite and nice, but the storage space had tons of locks sawed/cut off (literally had to be given a new storage because the one I was assigned had a sharp metal edges from a lock being cut) and a lack of communication when an error needed to be fixed. This company decided to send the old charges to a debt collector, and I had to provide more proof to the debt collector that I was essentially scammed and was once again told that it was fraud and it would be dismissed.

Mikki jumped into action to assist me getting a unit. After shopping around for a unit, she was most willing to take the time to thurally explain everything. The other places were just about getting through the customers. Every call she took, she knew the tenants by first name. Their prices are very affordable and clean and secure. No need to keep shopping, this place here is where it's at!
