Milwaukee Zen Center is a Zen Buddhist organization in Milwaukee. We provide a place for meditation, study, and reflection, guiding participants towards mindful, compassionate action and inner awakening through traditional Soto Zen Practice. Our practice space is located on the lower level of a monk's home and is to people of every race, nationality, class, gender, sexual orientation, age, and physical ability. We hold a One-Day Sitting on the First Saturday of each month and a Half-Day Sitting on the Third Saturday.
