10/10 recommend using this vet ER!!
We had an excellent experience with my newly diabetic cat, Benny. We were seen right away, and they took fantastic care of my sweet boy. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive during very difficult times.
Dr. Kiehnau was our doctor when we brought Benny in, and she explained everything so well and answered every single question I had—truly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a vet! She’s amazing! 💕
All doctors/techs here are incredible (twice daily updates, happy to have us come visit Benny while he was there, answered all questions, etc.) They will take excellent care of your babies!
Show moreVery clean but room temperature is very cold. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Diana Lewis DVM and Staff treated our kitty with loving care. She kept us in the loop of what had been done and then discussed with us further issues allowing us to talk with her to come up with a plan together. I hope we will never have to go to the ER again BUT , if we do it is good to know that WVRC is there to take excellent care of us. My kitty , Rocket is doing great! Thank you !
Show moreMy puppy got into something poisonous. I called ahead and they were waiting to take him immediately. They gave me feed back right away. It was the best experience I have ever had at a vet/ER. It was wonderful and my puppy is all better! Ten stars!!!!
Wonderful staff! Bailee got into the chocolate brownies. Took her to WVRC in Mequon. Everyone was very friendly and professional. They asked questions and answered mine, gave me choices, kept me informed, made decisions that would cause Bailee the least amount of stress, and when I asked the veterinarian what she would do, she offered her opinion. As wonderful as they were, I hope I don’t have a need for their services any time soon! When I do, I’ll be going back to WVRC!
