Dr. Moeser and his staff were absolutley amazing. Our 4 yo dachshund had 2 herniated discs and was down in the rear. They seen him promptly and took THE BEST care of our boy. The facility was the cleanest vet clinic I have ever seen. If your pet needs a neurologist, I highly recommend Dr. Moeser and staff!

Long review coming up: I recently had to bring my boy, Ranger, in. His face randomly started going paralyzed last month, and our regular vet recommended WVNSC. The staff were nothing short of fantastic from start to finish. Dr. Moeser and his assistant Nevaeh got down to Ranger's level when working with him. They did a wonderful job of explaining every option and cost of next steps. Robin is so sweet at the front desk. She'll offer you to eat something and remind you of beverages when she sees you. Christa helped with Ranger's anesthesia and MRI procedure. She let him come back in by me during the hour he needed to be observed after because she felt he'd feel more comfortable. How kind and attentive to Ranger's behavior? Very. Finally, Max did a wonderful job of explaining Ranger's results and aftecare instructions. I brought Ranger in alone. Max went above and beyond by asking if he could help me carry my bag while I carried Ranger out to the car. It was very nice and I really appreciated the extra help. Finally, they conducted a follow up call the next day. I've never experienced that with any veterinarian office. I cannot recommend this place enough. The staff are truly deserving of 5+ stars. It is obvious that each and every one of them care about their patients. Nobody made me feel stupid or like a bad owner. Dr. Moeser even gave compliments to Rangers demeanor and outside appearance being obvious that he's well taken care of. Again, thats something I've never experienced before at a veterinary office. The emotional care they provided was much appreciated as I felt/feel so scared not understanding what happened to my Ranger. Thank you to everyone there for all your help!

Dr Moeser was fantastic and his staff was completely sympathetic to me when I brought my frenchie in; I was emotional and crying not knowing what was wrong with my girl. My frenchie has been diagnosed with IVDD, GME and Vestibular Disease, but this was my first time seeing Dr Moeser. His team was able to get me in quickly - same day - and was able to calmly explain what they think might be wrong - possible flare-up of one of my girl's neuro diseases - walk me through my options, tell me the cost of my options before doing anything (they even told me how much the visit would cost before I booked the appointment). I am so thrilled to have a skilled Neurologist nearby.

Every single person I interacted with at this office was incredible. I came here a few weeks ago with my sweet 16 year old cat and was absolutely distraught when I showed up. I was immediately brought into a room where they started caring for him and comforting me. Dr. Moeser was so wonderful and kind and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. Everyone here helped make a terrible, scary and sad situation a bit easier to go through. They even sent me flowers when they heard that my sweet boy crossed the rainbow bridge. I appreciate everything they did and cannot thank them enough.
