I love this place! My favorite grocery store. I go during the week, when it's not very busy. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful. On occasion when I've gone on a Saturday, they have samples of different things.
The best part about this store is that I know everything is grown/sourced locally, organic, and healthy. It's easy to find what I'm looking for because there's not an overwhelming amount of options, as opposed to going somewhere like Pick N Save.

Not as big as a Whole Foods, but has a more focused collection of foods if your a serious organic foods customers. The store size is big enough to carry a wide selection of most items. Staff are helpful.
Show moreVery clean, organized, and an amazing grab-and-go section. I don't do very much actual grocery shopping in the store, but I stop in often for lunch. Their pre-made sandwiches are so good, the turkey and goat cheese is my favorite.
Like thier produce and other food products. Everything is fresh. Healthy drinks and all.Check them out for yourself you wouldn't be disappointed.
