Great service and value! Our water heater broke and Diane at DeBelak quickly responded to my internet query about replacement. Unlike the other 2 quotes we received, Diane replied with a total cost for the water heater replacement including the new heater, parts, labor, and removal of the old heater. I really liked this since an 'all-in' cost rather than time and materials let me know what the final cost would be. They were prompt, very professional, and completed the work the next business day. Highly recommend.
**** Even better **** The final invoice was lower than what I was quoted! Their evaluation of the heater determined that how it broke was covered under warranty with the manufacturer. I would have never known and truly appreciate how they looked into this and reflected the credit on their invoice.

Over the past 6 months I have contracted out Joe Debelak Plumbing & Heating for both a plumbing job and a heating job. They were excellent on both occasions.
The plumbing job happened this past summer. I found that I had a clog in my main cleanout that was causing some issues in my basement. I had talked with other companies and had them come and look. They used guesses and best effort ideas to try and diagnose my issue.
I then was told to contact Joe Debelak plumbing. Upon doing so they sent out Todd to my house promptly. He used a litany of tools including a locator to discover that there was a broken pipe underneath my utility room floor. He located the exact spot of the break in the pipe and even helped diagnose that the city had run a water line through my sewer pipe (*facepalm*).
After correctly diagnosing the problem Todd offered the solution of breaking up the concrete in my utility room and swapping out the pipe in the specific area where the break was. He executed this job excellently. He was prompt, efficient, professional and fixed the issue for an extremely fair price. I could not have been more pleased.
Fast forward to 4 days ago. My boiler went out and I lost all heat to my house. I called Joe Debelak and Matt the HVAC manager came to my house that same day to diagnose my issue. I told him that I had a mini split system that had heat pumps so this wasn't something urgent to have replaced but would need to be done relatively soon. Later that same day the mini splits stopped working (*facepalm*).
I called Matt back and asked if we could increase the urgency as I no longer had any heating options to my house. Matt was at my house Monday afternoon, the quote for the boiler was drawn up and agreed upon Tuesday morning, and thankfully there was a crew arriving at my house Wednesday morning to begin to work. Led by Doug and another top boiler tech that I cannot remember the name of they dove right in and completed the work early thursday morning.
Doug was excellent. He knew his stuff spent extra time explaining to me the changes he made to my system. Not only did they replace my boiler but they replaced the piping that it relied upon to hopefully increase the life of the new boiler. They went above and beyond to not only restore heat to my house but to give me a much greater shot at never having to worry about this again thanks to the additional configurations they added to this new setup.
I cannot begin to express my gratitude for them moving me to the front of the line to restore heat to my house during the winter months.
I would recommend Joe Debelak and specifically Doug and Todd for any plumbing or HVAC job you might have.
