Cozy bar with amazing food. Friday fish 🐟 fry is terrific. This time I had the blackened walleye with potato pancakes (syrup & applesauce). $5 old fashioneds to boot!

Haven't been here in probably 35 years, since we hung out there when it was Beckers Wedge. Seen lots of posts on Facebook about their food. Friday night special, $5.00 tall old fashions and fish fry. I had perch dinner(5 pieces) fries, 2 pieces thick marble rye bread, coleslaw. My wife had the Baked Cod Oscar, with potato pancakes, coleslaw and bread. We had onion rings for appetizer. Both dinners and onion rings were excellent. Took half of everything home. Great atmosphere and fast friendly, service. Will definitely be back!!

Only had their perch and baked cod. Both were excellent and definitely worth repeat trips.

I called 5 min before opening and menus was meat loaf and liver. I’m 5 min away and got there and was told not making specials today.disappointment number one. So we ordered wings and waited what seemed a long time (only three tables) terrible, chicken was hard as a rock and fries also over cooked. Bar tender came by and I told her I could not eat and gave them back .all she said was sorry about that and walked away. Do you think she should at least have something else to say? Paid the bill and won’t be back. I told everyone at work also. I can get all you can eat chicken for $11at ourplace.

Came right at 3:00 pm for their Thursday night $5 burgers special (comes with McDonalds style fries or tator tots). It was excellent and you can’t beat the price! Everything tasted fresh and the burger was cooked perfectly, only thing was the bun used got a little crispy for my liking but overall was delicious!
