Ordered the chicken bacon ranch. It was nice and hot not just warm like subway. Good flavor and very filling.

HIDEOUS BEHAVIOUR! my Girl and I pulled up to the store maybe 20 minutes before close. we understand it's a little close but we really wanted it. as we pulled up every employee was pointing at our car and threw up their hands in exasperation at the sight of us. due to this we felt to embarrassed to walk in as we clearly weren't welcome so we went through the drivethru. and they were rude and dismissive over the mic as we ordered. then left us sitting there in the drivethru for over 15 minutes as the only customers while we watched them close the store, wrap things up and forget about us. until they remembered we were there and finally gave us the sub. this is Why Jersey Mike's is way Better. the subs are fresh there and they are kind no matter what time you come In!

I ordered from the drive thru, and a worker acted like she didn't even want to reach out of the window to hand me my change or my sub. This was after I had even moved my car even closer to the window. No need for me to return, there are too many other options where businesses know how to treat you.

The sandwiches were great and the customer service was excellent. This is definitely one of the best locations. The staff was friendly, and everything was made quickly and tasted fresh. I will definitely be coming back.

The food is excellent! Probably the best cookies I've had at any place with a drive thru. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because you close at 9 PM. Even on Friday and Saturday. Take a look sometime at the lines late at night on the weekend. You're missing out on 2-3 more hours of service. It would be nice to have a fourth late night drive thru option in Hartford!
