Great service from the woman working at the deli counter today. She us so friendly. The beef tips and loaded potatoes were delicious! Some items in the store are very high priced but there were some really good sales also. Good quality deli and bakery products.
The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a great selection of fresh seafood which we need in this area. The checkout lanes have signs letting you know if there's a bagger or you have to bag your own groceries. They also have self checkouts. You can access Caribou Coffee from inside the store. They also have a patio and a drive thru. There are electric car charging stations in the parking lot. And grocery pick up is on the east side of the building. It's pretty much a one stop shop. Welcome to Hartford! Update...love that the store is open till 10pm. And their staff will go above and beyond for you.

Today is Sunday August, 3 and my best friend and I were very excited to go into Festival Foods to get a couple of turkey sandwiches to start our long day of door dashing. We came through the doors and were welcomed by Josh, who also helped us the week before. He greeted us with a smile and a customer service service spirit of someone twice his age. I appreciate that very much, as my professional background is in customer service. He should be commended for his wonderful attitude and given a raise when review time comes. A++++
