I've been coming here for over 2 years now, never had any issues, the gentleman are always polite and happy to help, suggest things I need replacing, let me know what I'm due for and always ask if I have coupons. Today Nathan helped me and he was kind, professional and informative. There is a little bit of a wait sometimes but it's worth the service you get. I'm a regular customer and plan to keep it that way. Thanks for the top notch service fellas!

The young crew in the Grafton, WI location on Port Rd near Meijer was welcoming, exhaustive in explaining oil types,etc. , and very efficient. I was happy to see an enterprise that is thriving. I'm also an old grouch and am not easily pleased so this review should carry more weight!
Show moreBryce was above and beyond really helpful with my headlight info and filter info for my older Prius (I was in a totaled accident last year with my just paid off Honda when I was T-boned) and I’m still learning this car. All the guys really seemed to work well together. It was truly a breeze. It can be nerve-raking to get car work done as a woman (who has limited car knowledge) and have to be talked to like you are lesser than… this valvoline was quite different than others I have been to and far from that experience. I will solely come here for oil changes and filters and headlights and etc. thank you guys so much for all you did! Made it a comfortable and welcoming environment.
