I recently ordered tires on TireRack and took my car to Tires Unlimited. I called before I placed the order and they were able to get me in the following day before a holiday weekend. The price they quoted was less than what TireRack listed. When I picked up my car it was even cheaper than what they quoted me. Thank you for the prompt and professional service. I will definitely be back.

It's truly was one of the better experiences I've ever had by tires. The salesperson was knowledgeable especially about my vehicle because he had the exact same one. The waiting time was not long and the waiting area was beautiful. I can't do this location because of the rating then I can see why. There were tire places much closer to me in Mequon but truly it was worth traveling to Grafton for this experience.

My oil light went on and this location was closest to where I was, so I stopped in without an appointment. The two guys at the front desk were very friendly and without hesitation they checked my oil, put in a quart and gave me a recommendation for maintenance. I was in and out in half an hour. Highly recommend.

My mother-in-law had a faulty air valve stem on an otherwise good tire. She is a loyal customer and likes to go back to the places with whom she has worked and is comfortable. She called to set up an appointment for a fix with her normal (dealership) shop and found a valve is not covered under warranty. They proceeded to convince her to replace both back tires to keep the treads at the same wear. They provided three estimates, ranging from $426 - $729 (for two tires). She has a Honda CR-V. We thought that was a little steep, so I checked other options in our area. On a whim, I called Tires Unlimited, in Grafton. I am glad we did. They confirmed valve stems are not covered under warranty, but said bring it in, those can typically be replaced quite easily. I brought it in 30 minutes later and they got me in and out quickly and painlessly. They charged $38 for the repair. They put the original tire back on and stowed the spare away appropriately. They also cleared the TPMS warning lights, all at no extra cost. I never leave reviews, but this place deserves one for their quick, great and affordable service, with great customer service. I have already recommended them and will be using them again in the future.
