Greg & Jackie absolutely nailed it with this place. Tons of parking, held my door open, friendly greeting and super clean. They were attentive to everyone and chatting with everyone and even had their daughter helping out. Family businesses have such a better vibe to them. Our 3 year daughter loved everything and played in every station. Great job here!

As an local area nanny, this is my go to place to take the littles in my care. The owners are hands on and always looking for ways to improve. It's safe, inviting, and the open concept making it easy to keep an eye on your little one while they explore. On top of that, they have a free little coffee bar set up and affordable snacks! 💜

We absolutely love The Spot in Grafton! From the moment you walk in, you're welcomed with complimentary coffee (huge win for parents!) and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Greg and Jackie, the owners, are such amazing people—they’ve created a space that truly understands what families need. It's not just for kids—parents can play too, and relax without stressing about the mess. The Spot is the perfect blend of fun, comfort, and community. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a place to unwind and connect while the kids explore and play!

Wow! We can't rave enough about the incredible experience we had at The Spot for our daughter’s 3rd birthday party. From start to finish, everything was fantastic. The owners and staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring every child had a blast. The facility itself was a wonderland for kids and allowed them to run rampant for hours. From the indoor playground, to the art station, air hockey and everything in between … there was something for every kid to enjoy regardless if they were 6 months or 6 years. And we can’t forget about the adults who were able to mingle while watching the March Madness games and feel a little human-like while our kiddos frolicked in a safe, super clean environment :) The package we chose was a hit and the owners were so accommodating to our questions and requests. The package also included juice boxes and a snack for each child, and we were able to bring in our own food and drinks. Overall, I highly recommend The Spot for anyone looking to host a fun-filled and memorable birthday party for their child. It's an absolute gem, and we can't wait to come back!
