Thank you to both Zach and silver lake! We had a fantastic experience today. My wife's car had a nail in the tire. I called the store in the morning and they were able to have a replacement tire there within a few hours. My wife works a minute away, they kindly let her drop the car off and then took her back to work and then returned the car to her at work when it was done. Their ability to get the tire to the store and on the car in the same day saved us from an incredible amount of disruption and frustration. Their generosity in helping get my wife back to work made a big difference for us. We feel very fortunate that their location is so close and that they took such good care of us. Highly recommend.
Show moreOn May 6th Wednesday I had an issue with my left rear tire. I noticed it was low on air, I then located a nail. I googled Silvet Lake Auto, spoke with Mark whom stated Gary we can take you in immediately. Being new to the area for two months I was impressed as I lived like 7 miles away. I proceeded to inflat the tire a bit and arrived 15 minutes later. Mark was very family friendly, courteous and professional. Mark explained the detail for servicing my tire and gave me timeline with price. It was reasonably priced, I could wait in the waiting area which was clean, had great beverage and allowed my pup to stay with. This facility was impeccable, employees wore uniforms and were very polite. Upon completion Mark noticed I was a veteran, I received a discount on labor and materials, I will recommend this facility To my family, friends and anyone I hear have car issues to check out Silver Lake Auto. Show moreTheir inspection report is the best I’ve seen. It includes a detailed breakdown with photos and videos showing areas of concern and its priority of repair. I was able to speak with their knowledgeable service rep and figure out a plan for my car.
Also extremely good customer service. Got me as many discounts as possible, provided me a loaner car during a repair free of charge, drove me to and from my house during an oil change, and were able to source parts from multiple vendors to ensure a speedy repair. Also they give you cookies which I wouldn’t have thought about if I owned an auto body shop but they’re genuinely very good cookies.

Not only are the staff amazing but the shop itself is amazing! It’s cleaner than a dance floor. I never had a report sent to me on what they found and sent it with photos. My experience there felt like I have been a long standing customer, which I guarantee I will be. Thank you Silver Lake Auto for being One of a Kind!!
