It's been a few years since my last eye exam and knew it was time to find an optical store. My experience at Shopko Optical in Grafton was amazing. The store is clean and the natural lighting was awesome. The staff was top notch, taking care of me quickly, efficiently and professionally; while friendly and jovial. They did a fantastic job matching me with new frames and a new look. I would recommend them highly, and even if you have to drive a little bit to get there, they are worth the Optical experience!

I was particularly nervous at first for being way overdue but they made it an exciting experience, both were warm, welcoming and kind to us. They were also patient and knowledgeable with our decision making for the glasses that are right for us, we recommend going!
