They are so wonderful and easy to work with. Have had them insure my car and home for years. A couple of years ago my pole bar roof collaped under the weight of the roof and they were easy to work with, got my whole pole barn rebuild through a reputable builder and it is beautiful.

Doug Hansen & Associates has been great! After my last awesome agent at a different company retired, I was automatically transferred to a rude lady that judged me and expressed her opinions about my personal records. I called around to try to find a company that would help me understand my insurance needs and was friendly. Doug Hansen & Associates have exceeded those expectations. I have been able to work with them via phone and email which is convenient for me and they helped me decide the perfect coverage. They have been friendly and accommodating throughout. I recommended them to my parents who made the switch and I would recommend them to anyone else too.

I want to say how much I love Tim, Sarah Rose and Sarah R!! Tim and the girls are amazing to work with. Anytime you walk in their office they are always welcoming, kind, fun and just wonderful. I love the relationship we have built over the last 3 years. I know they take great care of their customers and treat them like family just like Kelmann does. That’s why we all work so well together. I have been doing business with Doug for years! His whole team is very knowledgeable and quick to respond. I have never had to wait more than 12 hours for any kind of response. Most of my communication is via email, which is very helpful in this crazy world! They will take the time to shop prices and make sure you are protected the way you should be - not more than you need, but certainly enough to protect you and your family. I would highly recommend his team for your insurance needs!
