Great rental experience here! The place was very busy over spring break time, and I arrived an afternoon when their power had gone out. Employees still were doing their best to take care of customers despite the communications challenges, and my vehicle was ready to go. Had a great vehicle, and over the course of making my reservation to completing the rental I've received multiple personalized phone calls which is unusual and appreciated. Completing all info online also makes this a smooth experience. Great to know this local rental option is available for next time!

The Enterprise staff at the Grafton location made our rental process hassle-free. Aaron T., the Enterprise employee with whom we worked, made sure that we had the vehicle we needed after our original rental didn't come back in time. Thanks, Aaron, for going above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed!!

We were very pleased with Enterprise. I got a reasonable quote up front, and was able keep the car twice as long as expected. I especially like how they contacted our insurance company and took care of everything. 👍👍
