I cannot say enough good things about Alberta at the Grafton AutoZone. When our car battery died on a Sunday night, we were stressed and running out of options. We had already stopped at another store and were told they couldn’t help us, which left us feeling stressed. As a last-ditch effort, we stopped at AutoZone, and that’s when we met Alberta. From the moment we walked in, she was kind, compassionate, and genuinely eager to help. Without hesitation, she assured us she would take care of us and got right to work. In a situation that could have completely ruined our day, Alberta turned things around with her exceptional customer service, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about helping people the way she does. We are incredibly grateful for her help and kindness when we needed it most. AutoZone is lucky to have an employee like Alberta, and because of her, we’ll gladly return for any future automotive needs.
