I had a visit there on 09/07/2025...check in was super easy and the woman at the check in desk (wish I could remember her name) was extremely pleasant. I barely had a 10 minute wait, if even that long. The nurse and PA listened to my issue and were quickly able to diagnose the problem while still being friendly and even joking around with me. I didn't ever feel rushed or like they just wanted to get me in and out.

Came in with severe coughing. Everyone that I came in contact with starting with the receptionist was very pleasant. They seem to really care. Even was offered water while I was waiting for the Doctor. The nurses I had great and caring personalities. That alone is huge to me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this particular Urgent care facility.
