This is my second experience with this location, and once again, everything went smoothly. The staff was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the entire process. The car was clean, well-maintained, and ready on time, which made the pickup quick and easy.
I really appreciate the level of customer service here — they make the whole rental experience stress-free. Returning the vehicle was just as simple and efficient.

Show moreThe place is amazing for fast and friendly service. My rental car was medium size SUV that I requested and it was very clean. Will recommend enterprise Glendale location to everyone I know. I asked if I needed the car longer could I call or do I have to come in. Dillon said I could do it on line, which I thought might be complicated but he assured me I just click on return notification reminder that I want to extend time. So simple!!!! This will be only place I go for a rental car. They even dropped me off when my car was repaired!

Show moreWe have had good service and vehicles from Enterprise many times. But this last rental was disappointing.
Reservation online was not found at the office we went to rent from.
No suitable vehicle available - we were looking for a minivan, or a standard SUV. Told to come back the next day.
Came back the next day and we were given a compact SUV, and told nothing else available.
Offered insurance without disclosure. If we had known it would double the cost of the rental, we would not have taken it.
