We have been seeing the team at My Eye Dr Fredonia for a few years now and have always had excellent experiences. My daughter started seeing an optometrist at the recommendation of an opthalmologist that saw her for a lazy eye starting when she was 3. She was understandably skittish of all of the big machines and people working so close to her face, but they were super accommodating and showed her what they were doing until she was comfortable with it. My husband and I have been seeing the same team for glasses and contacts for the same time and have also had great experiences. Dr. Byers is thorough and efficient, but answers all questions very well. The support staff in the office is super knowledgeable and excellent at what they do, especially when it comes to figuring out insurance coverage and fitting glasses comfortably.

Laura was so helpful in going over my insurance benefits and helping me get a year supply of contact lenses and glasses both! Dr. Byers is always great to work with as usual and this is my best refraction yet. I always come back from the Madison area to the Fredonia location just for my glasses. This office is always clean, organized, and timely. Thank you all for everything!!

Love it here! They are so accommodating and helpful in walking me through what my insurance covers and how to save the most money. Grateful to have an eye doc and staff I trust.
