We had the 6-course lunch at the new Precious Hidden Valley and it was such a beautiful experience. Each course was thoughtfully presented and full of flavour, with a nice balance between light and more indulgent dishes. The setting and view is truly exceptional. I’ve visited Hidden Valley a few times before and now with the concept and restaurant it’s even more amazing.
The view is amazing, 3rd time visiting but the beauty of it always amazes me. The deck burgers were awesome as always. Patrick was the best ,good to meet someone who explains the wine making like him.
We visited in January and did wine pairing with chocolate. My favorite was the sauvignon blanc. I ended up buying a few bottles as well. The place is really beautiful. There's alot to see and do. I would definitely recommend.
On Saturday 14 February, to celebrate Valentine's Day, we had a delicious lunch at the tasting room. What an exquisite view and what outstanding service we received from our waiter, Patrick.
