From the moment we arrived, everything was simply exceptional. The restaurant is set in a breathtaking location that perfectly complements the entire dining experience. The tasting menu is thoughtfully curated, showcasing creativity, impeccable technique, and the finest seasonal ingredients. Every dish tells a story and is beautifully presented, with flavors that are both refined and memorable. What truly makes this place special is the incredible team. The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate, making every guest feel welcome and cared for. A special mention goes to the chef, whose talent, vision, and dedication shine through every course. This was far more than just a meal—it was an unforgettable culinary journey. Without a doubt, one of the best dining experiences we had in Franschhoek. Highly recommended for anyone looking for outstanding food, impeccable service, and a truly spectacular setting.

Superb food and great place. The food quality and precision in this restaurant is amazing. The staff is also great and would definitely think is one of the best restaurants in Franschoek! The full tasting menu is expensive but definitely worth it!

I love the entire experience of le Petite Colombe. Atmosphere, staff , attention to detail, food and flavours OMG, I had got the date wrong ( my fault entirely) and the staff at the restaurant were completely accomodating despite the capacity being almost full. The wine pairing and the outstanding sommelier really added to the experience. It was obvious that the kitchen was being strictly managed and every course came at the perfect timing. It’s important to note that this experience is going to be a bit testy and exciting…… the various butters were an unexpected treat and obviously a huge effort from the kitchen. I look forward to coming next year again

a genuinely exceptional restaurant - one of the best in the world. the location, setting and service were all incredible. every single dish and wine selected was delicious, and the inventive tasting menu worked perfectly as a collective. a huge thanks to the entire team for making it such a special occasion.
