Hire messages

Turn on Hire messages and people can start a private chat with you from your page.

Part 1

Turn it on

Open your editor and switch on Hire messages. People then see a Message button on your page, and their first message starts a private chat.

Part 2

Write your welcome

The welcome message is the first thing they see, written in your voice. Leave it blank to use the standard welcome.

Part 3

Answering

New messages arrive in Account under Inquiries, and you keep the whole conversation in one place until the job is booked.
