Discover our family-run winery in Saleilles with vineyard tours

About

Mas Alart is a winery in Saleilles producing artisanal wines from our family estate. We offer vineyard tours and wine tastings with Frédéric, our winemaker, sharing our history and winemaking process. Our domain in the Languedoc-Roussillon region is family-run and cultivates organic vines. We welcome visitors to explore our vineyards and cellar. We craft typical regional wines, including specific cuvées like Melle Lili, Dans la Vigne de Jules, Le Temps des Cerises, and Trois Couronnes rosé.

We had a fantastic tour and tasting with Frederic. The wines are incredible, and the stories and history are really interesting. We had a very warm welcome, its family run, organic, and friendly. We had generous pours for the wine tasting, and delicious food alongside. Highly recommend for a visit.

I was lucky to stumble across Mas Alart on Google and book a tour for my large family. Frédéric was a wonderful guide, he showed us around his vineyards, told us about the history and the wine making process and we stopped off at various spots to taste the wines and share some tapas. He spoke great English and was very patient with a group of 10 adults and several children. The vineyards have views of the mountains and he has a beautiful barn conversion / cellar too. It was special to meet a local producer of a family run winery. Plus the wines were delicious! Thank you!

We’ve been ordering our wine, especially mmelle Lili, from Mas Alart since around 2018. Communication with Frédéric is always correct and friendly and minor issues are quickly resolved. And of course the wine is always fabulous.

Such a beautiful place where we were warmly welcomed by Frédéric on a tour of his family vineyard. Frédéric shared the story of his family history and wines with passion, expertise and enthusiasm. Highly recommend the wines and tour.

An incredible experience! The family who own the place are kind, welcoming and extremely helpful. For a low price, they allow overnight stays with your motorhome with electricity and drinking water. They also have a cellar full of wines they produce themselves, which you can taste and purchase. Perpignan is less than an hour away by public transport.
